To register with the surgery:

When you register, it’s helpful to have your NHS number. You can use the NHS website to find your NHS number.

Don’t have documents, don’t worry

Everyone in the UK has the right to free care from a GP. If you don’t have proof of ID or address (PDF), you can still register. Immigration status or nationality don’t matter – reception won’t ask for immigration documents and won’t share your information with the Home Office unless serious crime is involved.

New patients health check

16-74 year olds

You will be offered a health check when you join the practice. Any patients aged 16 –74 years who have not had a consultation within the last three years may request a consultation.

Your health check may be with a Nurse or Healthcare Practitioner.

Over 75’s

Patients 75 years and over who have not had a consultation within the last twelve months may request a health check with one of our practice team. If you are unable to attend the surgery, a home visit could be arranged.

Your health check may be with a Nurse or Healthcare Practitioner.
