We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat staff in a similar way. The practice has the right to remove violent patients. We operate a zero tolerance policy.
Any patient found to be physically or verbally abusive or aggressive to a member of staff will be removed from the patient list and will need to register with another doctor. Violence includes verbal or threatened physical violence to any member of the practice team, other patients and any other bystander present where the act of violence is committed or the behaviour takes place.

The practice will not tolerate any discrimination regardless of age, sex, marital status, pregnancy, race, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion or belief.
